The YOHKA Challenge represents the next evolution of fitness racing — a high-intensity, team-based experience that replaces the pressure of solo racing with the power of shared effort.
There is no set distance, no individual timing, and no “Pro vs Open” divide. Instead, teams of 2 or more athletes will work together to complete a dynamic, purpose-built course featuring a combination of functional fitness challenges, obstacle-based zones, and movement segments.
The Challenge is designed to celebrate strategy, resilience, and camaraderie, offering a platform where teams succeed not through uniformity — but through smart delegation, support, and collective performance.
TEAM STRUCTURE
- Minimum Team Size: 2 participants
- Maximum Team Size: No formal limit; subject to event-specific guidelines
- Team Composition: Same-sex, mixed, corporate, social, or gym-based teams
- Participation: Open to all levels of fitness — from everyday athletes to seasoned competitors
- Team Integrity: All team members must cross the finish line together to receive official recognition
